- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Kris Svingen and Steven Rufer out of Fergus Falls, MN are both crooked as the day is long. I was in a will of a woman that lived to be 100 years old. She was diagnosed by a Doctor with dementia/Alzheimer's at 80 years old. Steven Rufer went in, changed her will when she was at the age of 90 and did not give any notice of any of the parties in the original will that this was done. This woman had absolutely no clue what she was doing when they changed the will. Kris Svingen also defended the new will saying it was a legitimate will. Both of these attorneys should be disbarred and not able to practice law ever again. These 2 attorneys are the reason people dislike attorneys and don't trust them. If you need an attorney near the Fergus Falls area, you do not want to hire either of these people to represent you!By Ryan Nelson, March 16, 2017
